Fix damage before the finish
Hardwood floor repair
Replace damaged boards, address isolated problem areas, and prepare repairs to blend into the surrounding hardwood.
What to expect
A recommendation based on the floor in front of us.
Board repairs are often best completed as part of a refinishing or installation project. That makes it possible to sand and finish the repaired area with the surrounding floor.
Peter provides free estimates and completes the work with a focus on preparation, honest communication, and details that hold up after the room is put back together.

Common questions
Before you decide
Every floor is different. These answers are a useful starting point; an in-person look determines the final recommendation.
Can you repair pet or water damage?
It depends on depth and extent. Surface discoloration may improve with sanding, while deeply stained, soft, or distorted boards may need replacement.
Will a replacement board be invisible?
New and aged wood can differ. Matching species and dimensions, then finishing the area together, provides the most natural result possible.
